Lord of Tengan 5K

I believe that to be your best self you have to take care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally. Running is how I love myself physically. It is my stress relief, my get away, and a way I can constantly improve myself. I would love to meet up with you at the start and finish line as you conquer this course.
